Thank you for an incredible turnout despite the scorching hot weather again this year! This marked my second year selling prints at the Cherry Blossom Festival, but I’ve been an attendee my entire life. It’s so thrilling to see the festival going strong after 52 years, a testament to the wonderful community we have built here and the curiosity and generosity of the people of Colorado who come to visit every year.

I debuted a few new prints from my archives this year, and am excited to bring you more in the future! While participation as a vendor is never guaranteed, I hope that over the next few years I will be able to bring you even more photographs and look forward to seeing you and talking with you about art, life, and Japanese-American culture again soon!

For those who were not able to visit me at the Cherry Blossom Festival, I will have a booth on Saturday, September 26th at the Colorado Dragon Boat Riverdale Regatta and Night Market, so come by and say hi! I’ll also be at the Dragon Boat Festival at Sloan’s Lake in August taking photos, so if you see me there, don’t hesitate to stop me and grab a selfie!
