The Colorado State University Police Department's Citizens Academy program brought in members of the campus community, students, faculty and more, to participate. The program was aimed at educating the campus community as to what the CSUPD does, and held weekly classes that demonstrated narcotics work, their K-9 officer Muck, firearms, self-defense and traffic stops.
